I am a freelance solicitor specialising in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), working with individuals and families across Bristol and beyond.
I have worked in this area of law since 2011, initially as a legal assistant before qualifying as a solicitor in July 2015. I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the professional body for specialists in estate planning.
My practice is built around the reality of modern life. Sorting a Will and LPAs is important, but for most people it has to fit around work, family and everything else competing for their time and attention. I offer flexible appointments including evening and weekend availability, home and workplace visits across the BS1 and BS3 areas and virtual meetings, so that getting these documents in place is as straightforward as possible.
I work with individuals and couples at all stages of life, from those making their first Will or LPAs to those revisiting existing arrangements following a change in circumstances.
